Our Founder

BCO was founded by Trey Grissett, a healthcare and financial services professional with over a decade of experience spanning financial services, medical technology, and healthcare sales.

Throughout his career, Trey has worked closely with physicians, practice administrators, and senior healthcare executives, building trusted relationships across complex, multi-state healthcare environments. His background includes high-performance roles focused on strategic account growth, complex solution selling, and executive-level engagement—often at the intersection of clinical operations, capital, and long-term business strategy.

This combination of financial acumen and deep healthcare domain fluency allows Trey to speak the language of both physicians and investors. He understands the operational realities of running a medical practice as well as the capital, governance, and growth considerations that drive successful private equity partnerships.
