What We Do

Focused Healthcare Deal Origination

Butler Capital Origination operates exclusively as a healthcare deal originator and finder. We introduce physician-led practices and aligned capital partners when strategic objectives, cultural fit, and timing intersect.

We do not run auction processes or broadly market opportunities. Our work is centered on proprietary relationship development, selective qualification, and thoughtful introductions—long before a formal transaction process begins.

Our Role

BCO’s role is intentionally narrow and clearly defined.

We:

  • Identify and build relationships with high-quality healthcare practices

  • Assess strategic readiness and alignment (growth, liquidity, succession)

  • Introduce opportunities to a limited number of aligned capital partners

  • Facilitate early-stage dialogue between physicians and investors

We do not:

  • Negotiate transaction terms

  • Provide valuation opinions

  • Handle funds or securities

  • Act as a broker-dealer or investment advisor

Our value lies in origination, alignment, and access—not in transaction execution.

How We Engage

Every engagement begins with discretion and trust.

  • Physicians engage with BCO confidentially, often years before a transaction

  • Investors receive selectively curated introductions based on strategy fit

  • Opportunities are shared on a one-to-one basis, not through mass distribution

This approach ensures cleaner processes, stronger alignment, and better long-term outcomes for all parties involved.

Healthcare Sectors We Focus On

BCO focuses on healthcare services sectors where physician trust, scale, and operational infrastructure matter most:

We prioritize practices with strong clinical leadership, durable cash flow, and clear pathways for growth or succession.
